SayFlow generates a random user ID for each user upon first use of the app. The app may also process device information, timezone or locale, and subscription status.
When you use voice capture, audio is temporarily processed to generate transcriptions and structured results such as reminders, notes, or shopping lists. Audio is not stored on our servers. Processed content is stored locally on your device only.
Collected and processed information is used to provide app functionality, manage subscriptions, analyze app usage, and improve user experience.
SayFlow uses third-party services including OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat, Amplitude, and Firebase. These services may process limited data necessary to provide transcription, infrastructure, analytics, and subscription management.
User content such as reminders, notes, shopping lists, and processed transcripts is stored locally on the user’s device. Audio is only processed temporarily and is not stored on our servers.
We rely on the security measures provided by our third-party service providers and the security protections available on Apple devices.
SayFlow does not use cookies within the app.
No age restrictions are imposed for using SayFlow.
Updates to this policy will be released with new app versions. By continuing to use the app, you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
